Investment Experience

Successful investment experience

me and my ex husband purchased our first home and then moved onto another one while renting out our first home.

I learned that because of unexpected loss of rental income, it’s better to find a multiplex vs a single family home.

Failed investment experience

I put some money into the stock market using an app without really doing research and finding out how to make the best investment choices. I lost almost half of what I put in before I started seriously trying to learn how to invest in stocks where I actually make money

Other things about myself

I am a realtor and am building my business as a single mom of 3. My goal is to have enough money in savings for a least a year’s worth of living expenses and to purchase my first multiplex home within the next year.
