Investment Experience

Successful investment experience

Made very good return on NIO, the Chinese EV company. I knew I wanted to invest in China and in a company that does good for the environment. When I learnt that the provincial government (Hebei I believe) would back up the startup, I felt this was the right opportunity.

Failed investment experience

I lost quite a bit of my own and my dad's money investing in a fund ran by a startup that was doing automated trading on the gold market and forex. It went very well the first few months and then crashed. I guess I didn't really understand the risk of such investments.
