Why I joined WIC

we are now empty nesters with time and resources (finished putting 4 kids through college!!) to grow further wealth and have become a member of CNBC investing club with Jim Cramer and I’m loving it… todays monthly meeting had a question posed by a Womens investment club in Minnesota and it prompted me to seek one out to join to learn and grow wealth amongst other eager female investors.

Real estate ~ we own our primary home free and clear and have bought a fun log cabin in a gated community for our fun weekend retreats which we love.

Have also been invested in stock for over 10 years and really have done well with apple Amazon and Clorox to name a few and stocks excite me now that I’ve resources to venture further in them with more attention to learning about the depths of each company I’m invested in.

Failed investment experience

my biggest disappointment was selling chipotle stock when it dropped from $715 to $412 two years ago… now it’s at $1700+ I regret that certainly not staying the course!

Other things about myself

I’m 56, I’m married happily for 34 years and I’ve 4 grown kids and 1 amazing little grandson! Looking for community in the area that interests me most an and that is financial growth
