Successful investment experience

This is not the best performed investment, but definitely the best experience. Two weeks before closing the short sell, property went foreclosure. Everyone told me that there was no way to get it. I didn't give up, navigate the way and close the property 6 months later. Do the homework and grit take you far.

Failed investment experience

Friends invited me to participate their company's pre-IPO Directed Share program. Tt turned out to be the worst investment I ever made. Don't trust underwriters nor friends when it comes to investment decision. Do your own DD.
