Investment Experience

Successful investment experience

I bought a rental property and completely renovated it prior to renting it out. I learned a lot things that can help me reduce the timeline and costs to flip new properties and how to list without paying a realtor a fee.

Failed investment experience

I’ve invested in some stocks that didn’t do as well. I’ve learned to keep some long term, sell some while they are still worth something, and invest more in mutual funds.

I recently got my real estate license and work full time at a beauty start up working in supply chain & operations.
