Why I joined WIC

I met Marlena on a flight (to and from!) Maui and loved her inspiration for creating WIC. I live in SF and am an owner/operator of commercial multifamily, industrial, retail, and medical office. I also have experience in short term rentals and building a vertically integrated PE firm.

I run Greywhale Capital, a real estate private equity firm solely focused on workforce housing in Texas. We have a long term horizon on investing - looking to invest capital for the most tax efficient returns and provide to quality, safe and impactful housing in class B/A- communities.

Investment Experience

Successful investment experience

I have successfully stabilized and refinanced entire equity out of STRs and residential multifamily assets for long term cash flow. My first two investments were a full gut STR and a residential multifamily. I was able to stabilize and refinance both of these with full return of equity within 18 months.

Failed investment experience

I've had pretty volatile experiences with Crypto and have decided to hold on investing in this further, but would love to learn more!
