one of my real estate investments has been a great success, always tenanted and makes >$500 cash flow monthly I plan to hold this property long term.

Failed investment experience

I bought a lot of individual stocks without much stock knowledge and stocks such as uber, lyft have underperformed and gone down. I mostly tend to invest in S&P500 etfs now
