Why I joined WIC
I like learning investment strategies and ideas, and sharing what knowledge and experience I have. After a decade of private practice litigating complex commercial disputes, I paused to consider how I wanted to impact the world. I now offer principled mediation services to help businesses resolve disputes early (before millions are spent on legal fees and expenses). As investors, we also have the power to shape the world we want to live in, by putting our support behind businesses we believe in.

Investment Experience
Successful investment experience
It's a wild ride but I'm long on crypto! I began investing when I was 17. I've lost half my assets at least twice, but I stayed the course and the market eventually recovered. I liquidated most of my equity holdings in February 2020, right as COVID began rocking the financial markets, thus sparing me from losing half my assets for a third time. However, the Fed came to the rescue so I jumped back in just a little below where I had jumped out. In view of monetary policy, it appears that inflation is our future. Invest in anything but cash!
Failed investment experience
I sold about half my crypto for a tiny gain right before everything tripled. (I held onto just one bitcoin and ten Ethereum.) I've had multiple "hot stock tips" lead to $0 balances. Take gossip with a grain of salt. I have more invested in bond funds than my instinctual (high) risk tolerance deems acceptable.
