Panelists:

Dan Li is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Verajoy Capital, a real estate private equity fund management firm in Redwood City, CA. Verajoy Capital invests in commercial real estate in San Francisco Bay Area with a focus on office value-add and residential development strategies.

Prior to that, he held senior positions at GMAC Commercial Mortgage (renamed Capmark Finance), Warburg Pincus, and Hina Group. At Capmark Finance, Dan co-founded the Greater China real estate investment group that invested over $1 billion across distressed assets, office, and residential sectors. Dan started his career as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch in New York.

Dan is currently serving his second term as the Vice President of Columbia Alumni Association (“CAA”) NorCal. Dan is also part of the leadership team of Columbia Alumni Global Sustainability Network and a member of CAA’s A&C Leaders Development Subcommittee.

Prior to 2011, Jennifer was Founder of 3 entrepreneurial ventures & selected as Top 40 Female Founders by Jason Calacanis for his esteemed Founder University. Many of her startup & tech resources influence the LOH SISTERS brokerage framework.

For over a decade, Jennifer has advised LOH & WPC clients in various capacities. As a Leased Investment Specialist, her amassed insights from executing thousands of multifamily leases serve as invaluable guidance in local brokerage & asset management. In 2019, Jennifer earned her CA Broker's License and transitioned to multifamily sales with a focus to serve individual & family-owned portfolios. Since 2020, Jennifer has closed nearly $40MM in multifamily assets, representing Buyers & Sellers on & off-market while completing the rigorous CCIM curriculum (Certified Commercial Investment Member). With the program's qualifications now satisfied, Jennifer will officially earn the CCIM designation in Spring 2023 to solidify her role as an internationally-recognized commercial real estate specialist.

Jillian graduated with a Bachelors degree in Managerial Economics & Animal Science from the University of California, Davis. In 2005, she earned her real estate Salesperson license and within the following two years, she earned her CA Broker license, the rigorous CCIM designation and the CPM® credential (in 2010) to enhance her knowledge, broaden her skillset & expand her professional network.

For over 15 years, Jillian has been dedicated to growing the family’s legacy as Partner & CFO of LOH Realty & Investments & Wellington Property Company. Under her leadership, she oversees the company’s $500M portfolio of multifamily & commercial assets for individual investors, families & the City of Oakland. She is actively involved in East Bay CREW, CIRE, and the Oakland community at large with Oakland Rotary, Make-A- Wish Foundation & Children’s Fairyland.
