A fun fact about Mark Hentemann is that he is one of the writers on a TV show you may have heard of, Family Guy!
Quantum Capital's strategy is focusing on B and C-class properties which is the segment of the rental market that is in shortest supply and highest demand. This demand only increases during a recession, when renters move down from more expensive A-class units. Quantum Capital is currently operates in the markets listed below:

- Denver, CO - 53 Units
Event Format:
This event will be divided into three parts:
Part I: Led by Cliff to share the observations and wisdom gained through his interactions with clients on efficiently leveraging their time, experience, capital, and relationships and consistently applying this leverage over long periods of time. Cliff will also share some tax benefits of real estate.
Part II: Led by Nick who will share Quantum Capital's most recent acquisition in Denver, Colorado. Nick will go in depth including a discussion on:

Nick is a partner at Quantum Capital, assisting in acquisitions, investor relations, and asset management. Through his 11 years in leadership roles, Nick has found success by solving big problems through relentless hard work and ingenuity. He has been an active real estate investor in Austin since 2015 and oversees Quantum Capital’s portfolio in Austin, TX and Denver, CO.

Real estate for Cliff is about helping people build and preserve wealth. A real estate investor himself, Cliff aims to provide value and insights to those who are interested in learning and investing. Cliff earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers’s (PwC) audit practice for several years. While working for PwC he began investing in real estate, starting with a 12-unit apartment building in prime Los Angeles in 2012.
When he’s not spending time in real estate, he is running an accounting firm in San Francisco with his Aunt. In addition to real estate, Cliff is also passionate about health and wellness.
